A young boy named Journey experiences hard times. At 11 years of age his mother leaves him and his sister Cat to live with their grandparents. Cat is depressed and gives everything she owns away including her camera which her grandfather gladly takes. Throughout their life, the grandfather takes pictures for memories and even gets Journey into photography. At the end of the story, grandfather turns a whole room into a memory room for Journey.
